The Cultivation Method
We follow all the productive cycle of the vine: from the choice of the plants (Barbatelle) to the varietale graft, from the bud to the increase of the bunches, from the selection to the final vintage through the different phonological phases with particular attention to the shorter use of plant protection products with the application of the Integrated Fight.
The Production
With the technical advances of covering the grapes bowers with polyethylene burlaps to obtain an advanced or postponed production, we can have the grapes from June to December (climatic conditions allowing);
Grape-harvesting and Stowage
The grape-harvesting, the packing and the stowage of the grapes is directly done on fields according to the choice of not manipulating the product more times, so that our grapes can preserve its own qualities as far as on your table.
Specialized collaborators select the bunches, they expose them to the first quality control discarding the unsuitable product then they pass them to those who prepare the packing that do a further control.
The stowage and the conservation of the goods is done in modern warehouses, in advanced cold stores with the pulling down of the temperature whose storage is more than 1.400 ql.
