How?

He has defined an experimental system based on the Traceability of the production process, which makes possible to see what happens in some of the firm's fields, pursuant to the righteous interpretation of the Global Gap Analysis.

This tool is already available on Racemus website, in the products section.

As there is no need to register on the website, everyone will be able to detect the exact position of the field both in latitude and longitude and according to the sea level, the different kind of vineyards, the product variety, the planting date, all the related images, which are constantly updated according to the relevant season, all the pertinent works in compliance with countryside criteria and, last but not least, to read the certifications datas about what kind of residual has been used on the product. Certifications are issued by Laboratory certificated by QS Fachgesellschaft Obst-Gemüse-Kartoffeln GmbH (German accreditation body).
